SCOTT,
I know of 2 physical changes:
1). If jumper 15, (or the zero ohm resistor, depending on your version), is
removed, the transmit freq's remain stock when done with removal of jumper
13. This is per the mod sheet from YAHOO.
2). Putting a solder bridge across jumper 12 makes it a tone burst unit for
Europe.
